no, it is an entirely different feeling. alcohol makes your inhibitions fade and you get "tipsy" or uncoordinated. Some people get more aggressive and outgoing and you may get sick from too much. You can die from too much alcohol.
Marijuana on the other hand, usually makes you calm down rather than acting like a crazy drunk. People who are high tend to be more mellow and relaxed. Normal stimulation may seem enhanced or more intense. You will not usually get aggressive or more outgoing and you will not get sick.

your lungs transport air to your blood cells and so it messes up everything to do with blood (your heart, your brain, and pretty much that whole system) and it messes up your lungs too.
smoking is much worse but you still shouldn't drink.
not really.but u don't get addicted to mariuanna like u do to alcohol.i advise u not to try it when u r down,tired or angry 'cause your mood will get to a higher level after u smoke it.it's too much fun when u use it while u r happy and in a good mood.
