Why do people brag or boast?!
Question: What is the real reason for this behavior?
Answers:
Believe it or not, people that brag or boast are the most insecure people! They often try to make themselves look good by pointing out what they have done or accomplished. An annoying habit in my opinion.

All of us occasionally wish we were 'that other guy or gal'. Fortunately, we don't get our lil' wish so we go about our business nonetheless and we're so damn busy at it that we completely forget our 'la-la-land' fantasy. The moral: admire others but don't envy anyone!
The root cause of bragging and boasting is a low self-esteem and immaturity.. The person has to tell people about their percieved skills or their possesions to mask their inadequacies and occupy their minds with covetous instead of giving themselves time for the least bit of introspection..
