Do not eat fat burner. Many people's bodies react badly to them. I would recommed hitting the GYM and excersizing 2-3 hours a day. You'll bulk up pretty fast. Good luck with the muscles! ^^

take protein to build mass, daily intake should be you're mass in grams (eg. if you weight 150lbs, take 150g in protein). As for fat burner, I wouldn't take it until you build some mass. Instead you should just cut your carb intake.
Look to pu12en12g answer there you got all the information you need. If you want to build muscles, don't use fatburners. More muscles means more cal, more food, more proteins and work out hard.

Try to eat on a schedule ,NEVER after 6 PM, try not eating fats, junk food, soda drinks, alcohol.Do the GIM, but, once 2 days, and with the same muscle exercices, in the same series.Run, or skip the rope every day. Listen to good music.for a rythm in your body work.
