You must go to a dentist. It can be dangerous if the abcess burts, plus you can get an infection.
well. you're gonna need a root canal probably.but before you go into the dentist start rinsing your mout out with a mixture of peroxide and water.the dentist can't operate on the tooth if it's infected so you'll need to clear that up 1st.
