If i dont drink at least one pop every day i get a big headache does anybody els!

caffiene always helps if i get a headahce, i have to down strong coffee, because sodas not strong enough, i always drink more than 1 soda a day.
Yeah. Not so much a headache but just listlessness. Its the caffeine. I don't drink coffee (that stuffs evil!) so I need my daily dose in another form. If I don't get it, I'm not a pleasant person to be around (well more so than usual).

Yea my girlfriend had that problem. To get off of it just start drinking less and less every day and try to replace it with juice or something. You people are weird

so your addict! temperance, if you have the choice to Change your bad habit go on. instead of drinking pop try juices and eventually drink a lot of water it helps.
I quit caffeine too. Didn't want to be a slave to the soda industry and hated those headaches (which were getting worse every year).
Its your bodies response to the lack of caffine.same thing happens to people who quit smoking. The longer you go without caffine the less the symptoms will become.give it time.its nothing to worry about.
