Answers:
No it is not the cause.
I actually help with it.
For exercise: use your pervic muscle (the muscle you use to stop the flow of pee), contract and decontract. Do that once a day for 5-10 min. After you will be able to control premature eja. with that muscle.

I don't think masturbation can cause premature ejaculation but I might be wrong, you might want to take some male advice on that. If you do suffer with premature ejaculation there is a technique called the 'squeeze technique' I'm not sure of the exact details but you can google it.

I don't think there is anything wrong with masturbation. it's not like you're hurting anyone. Just take it as something to relieve yourself while you are single. When you are in a serious relationship you'll probably do it less anyway. Try not to worry mate. I'm sure it's quite normal.
You've been training for self plaesure. and need to retain yourself. Master-bat-ing is all about feeling good (as is sex but sex involves human contact) ie If you're jaxin off befor bed, your goal is to gettoff and fall asleep. You can try by bringing yourself to near climax, stopping and starting again and repeating. Just try to last longer. With someone else though your mind is also diverted. You have his/her needs and foreplay and caressing etc. Plus there's a condom to muffle the sensation a bit. They do make a condom with like a VERY VERY mild like novacane (numbness inducer) to help make you last longer. But dude two times a week is nothing. Just go in with a different mindset and work for quality not speed.
ive heard it can prevent it
