who's experienced Sleep Paralysis?!

Question: I Have, and just wanted to see who's had too?
What that means, is when you wake up in the middle of the night and you can't move nor speak..you could try screaming but you can't.it last for about 30 sec. It's a scary experience!
Answers:

i think everyone has . everyone gets in a paralyzed state when they are asleep
I happened to me one night, several years ago. It actually happened three times that night, as soon as I'd fall asleep.
i ahd,it sucks,i couldnt get out of bed,lol
I have once.FREAKY. It was the weirdest thing I've ever experienced. I thought I had died or something. You try so hard to move and you can't. It's giving me the creeps talking about it.
i have had similar problems i could be a sleep and wake up thinking and seeing spiders crawling toward me and coming down from the ceiling on top of me i cant scream or move but sit up just as the spiders are gonna crawl all over me its some scary stuff
I haven't but my father has. I hear that one's nerves are still sleep although the brain is awake. Legend has it that a witch is riding you or a demon is sitting on top of you. That's what I hear.
I suffered almost every single nite.felt like something bad was trying to get me.it was horrible. Since i have
changed some of my habits, it has almost dissapeared. If it is too bothersom, talk to your doctor. There are prescriptions i believe, but not sure of their side effects!
I have. about three or four times now! I've been told that it's a taste of what the supernatural powers of Satan can do "IF" we don't submit to Christ, and that God has allowed this to happen to you because He's interested in you for some special purpose! It's still entirely up to you though whether you want to find out what it is because you have a free will!
Oh, and by the way. when this phenomenon happens to you again, pray to God, in the name of Jesus, to break the bond! (It'll work in seconds!)
I am the Master of "Sleep Paralysis" which is agreat name for it by the way.

After reasearch, I have found that it maybe a type of Siezure that occurs during the night.

I get it quite often once every 2 weeks for sure and sometimes as often as twice a week.

The next time it happens, after you come out of it.
Do this!
With your eyes open look straight ahead and then look left and then look right if you hear a SWISHING SOUND when your eyes are moving from left to right then you may be experiencing siezures.

This sound you hear is caused by the eyeballs rolling back in the head. Also..you may experience dryness in the mouth too.

Now most of the time I swear my eyes are open and I can see the room I am lying in but I think there is something more that goes on before this point of Paralysis comes about.

And I also believe that at this particulat point you can begin to DREAM with your eyes open and see things that arent there.

At this point you want to scream and yell for help or for SOMEONE TO WAKE YOU UP but you can't.

Well so far this is what I know. It may be a kind of Siezure or it may not.

Is it harmful? I don't know.

But I cannot afford to go to a doctor to check it out.

So I may never know - I just hope it does'nt kill me one day.

Anyway I have had it for 20 years since I was 16 yrs old.

And I have discovered that if you get up and give yourself the opportunity to "shake out of it" it pretty much goes away.

But if you lie in bed sometimes it feels like you are going to slip back into it.

Basically this "Sleep Paralysis" is not too cool.
