What are some good exercises to make you lose weight?!

The fastest way to lose weight is to elevate your heart rate as many times and and as high as you can safely elevate it. Eat small portions of meals many times a day instead of really big portions only a few times a day. Jump rope rules. Anything running or sprinting will burn a super amount of calories, incomparable to weight lost just dieting.

I would like to know too, because I would like to loose some myself, enough though I weigh 134 lbs(I'm 5'4").
cruches, jump-rope, running, swimming is really good, eating healthier, eating less, soccer, push-ups, yoga (sounds dumb but i've seen it work miracles on a friend)

Anything active that raises your heart rate and keeps it there for about 20 minutes continously. Running, jogging, speed-walking, aerobics, swimming, pilates, dancing etc. those are all good choices.

Remember to eat healthy too! Try doing a cleanse/detox program to remove toxins from your body (this usually helps you drop a few "excess" lbs too). Afterwards, keep your body clean and healthy by eating ORGANIC foods. Good luck!
switch what ever your drinking to water.liten up the amount of food you injest at every meal.Eat alittle earlier in the night say about 2 hrs before you go to bed .An heres a couple exercise for u,Buy a heavy ball.Sit on the edge of a chair while holding the ball. Turn to the right an try to drop the ball in the seat behind you.Next turn left in the chair an try to pick the ball up.Then repeat Till it hurts.Bye the way tighten your abs while doing this.O yea will power an self confidence a must.

For saftey reasons make sure the ball isnt to heavy ,just enough to put wieght there.an for breakfast.Try a couple Kellogs nutrigrain cereal bars(many flavors)an a small orange juice.just creat your self a routinean This exercise can help you loose weight an also works your abs to tighten them up or firm wich ever.also add other exercises in like jump roping.Just think about boxers it realy works
