Question: Here I am at a recent fund raiser for charity. It only hair and it will grow back.

I absolutely would. It is only hair, it is not like chopping off an arm, it will grow back. And I would proudly show up to work at my salon with my shiny bald head everyday!

It would depend on the type of charity it was and whether I believed in their cause and agreed with the way they administered their funds.

Where I work we do Locks of Love fundraiser to make wigs for kids with cancer. You would be amazed at how people want to help. I think it is wonderful.
Oh definitely! It would give me the chance to start completely over. I love wigs too! I could have different color hair everyday if i wanted and the styles? I could go from short to long in a snap. Of course, I don't have the money to buy a supply of wigs like I would want but what the hey! I'd do it!
i've done the same, but not for charity. i had a bad perm one time. got sick of looking at my hair another time. i'm almost 40 now, but had a mohawk in the 7th grade.
it takes a beautiful face to pull off bald. we do it well.
