If the blood in your feces (I assume that's what you're saying) is very dark (almost black) then yes it's bad. That means the blood came from somewhere in your digestive tract. If the blood is light (normal red or pinkish color) then it came from inside your anus. That happens all the time since the tissue on the inside of the anus is very thin and the blood vessels are very close to the surface. It'll probably get better soon if that's the case. If it's dark take a sample with you to the emergency room, cuz that's where you need to go.
