As a young practitioner, you can expect to make a lot less than the mean salary reported on various websites. However, the growth potential is excellent in this field. The only concern is your physical abilities: this profession is physically demanding.
In any case, most chiropractors I know (including myself) make anywhere between $50K - $120K. Some make outrageous amount, but that requires time and energy in building a giant practice.
