Alternate days with cardio and strength training. I've also heard of people using Kreatine(?). (Is that a steroid?)
Weights! That's the best way to build muscle. Push ups also will build your arms and your pecs, plus you don't have to buy any equipment or join a gym. So start working out!
Hi the best way to build muscle to do do against force activities. For example start by doing weight and increase the weight about once per week. Do your weights in set of say 20 - 30 lifts for 3 times a day. To assist your muscle fibre production, maintain a high intake of protein by eating plemty of meat or protein shakes/suppliments. Good luck
Try working out at a gym. Otherwise, buy yourself dung bells and work out at home. Possible outcomes could be +1 inch in chest, +1.5 inch in biceps. Next, buy heavier dung bells and repeat. Don't do just 15 reps, aim for 100 reps per day.
Keep fit. period
lots and lots of dedication, time, and a willingness to suffer through pain to reach your goals.
