Fruits and vegetables are. although the Got Milk commercials say that consuming milk prodicts is the best source of calcium that isnt true. First of all cow's milk is for their young not for us. second, our bodies cannot absorbs the calcium from milk products. And thirdly, milk makes you gain wieght because of the high amounts of fat and hormones in it.
