Will masturbating with a vibrator cause you to go into labor sooner?!
Question: I am pregnant with my second child and I was wondering if masturbation via vibrator will help speed the labor process up. After masturbation all the stomach muscles constrict and the baby moves around alot more.

Why not? When the baby sees that thing headed right for him over and over again he might want to make a run for the border.

Im not sure if thatll help but I heard Castors Oil, or some sort of oil will help you go into labor. My friends have all had tremendously positive results from it. They all went into labor in a couple of hours.
Doctors do encourage having intercourse the last few days before labor to help speed up the process. I don't see this being any different. Just be gentle.
Contractions and orgasms are different. As far as "speed the labor process up" that depends on how far along you are. As far as your muscles constricting and the baby moving more after an orgasm, that is because of the intense blood flow through your system..Hence "orgasm".
SOME doctors might advise you to stop having sex at some point in time Or some say it is Okay to have sex up until your water breaks. It all depends really on YOUR situation.dilation.how many weeks you are.and baby.

It really depends on how far along you are! When you orgasm, it contracts your uterus, and yes, that just may start early stages of labor i.e. water breaking. I know something that will set you into go mode for labor...if you drink a small glass of wine, that will def. kick start your labor! Oh, it will not harm the baby!
