I don't have zits on my chest or face, so there is no easy way for me to get rid of them, because I don't have any.

Try Clearasil.
Pop 'em. Seriously, use steam to open your pores and then pop them out. Then use an exfoliant (Mary Kay seems to be the best)and moisturizer.
wash w/ warm water, rinse in cold, and for oily skin use an astringent after every wash or whenever you feel oily! goodluck!
The best way would be to use mild soap and babywash to clean the area rather than to use heavy lotions and stuff. Also get rid of bangs, they have oil that contributes to acne. Good luck!
i cant speak from experience because i dont personally hav this problem bt some friends of mine hav tried expholiating lotions, it seeems to work. also the young solution brand makes gud products, u may wanna try them. and drink lots of water. good luk!
