she's always right. ur job is to just smile and say "ok baby ur right." rub her back, rub her feet, run her bath water, cook for her, compliment her on how beautiful she is, spoil her - when she's not in the mood for sex just give her oral and dont expect anything in return. CONGRATS!

Nothing just let her walk every day,and make sure NO smoking, and never eat rice Never, let her drink Milk low fat, evry day,and of course don't let her jump or runing or carry heavy thinks.and the importent think keep clean and sahve the front, and take a shower every day.and good Luck,
Jerry your going to have to reword this question because it dont make since.
first of all, CONGRATULATIONS.
The key to a stress free and normal pregnancy is a '24/7 smile'.
Don't give her any kind of tension. She might be extremely moody( due to the hormonal havoc being played inside her) and its upto you to absorb everything calmly and make her happy.
Lots of fruits, rest, yoga and eddie murphy would be nice.

There is also a post partum condition called telogen effluvium. It means that although a pregnant lady aquires beautiful lustrous hair during pregnancy, the exact opposite occurs after delievery.there is hair loss and it sometimes leads to severe depression.
Thre are a few natural methods by which one can prevent that condition.
I have listed a blog here that gives a few ayurvedic tips to avoid that . Hope you find it useful.
