What is my ideal weight?!

Are you an athlete? If so you may have more muscle, which means your ideal and healthy weight will be slightly greater than that of a inactive 28yr old who is 5'4

The numbers listed above are good estimates. But what are you comfortable with.

I know people who are SKINNY and think they are fat. I also know people who are FAT and are happy.

If your doctor is happy with your weight, and you are too, then who cares about idea!

I would say around 135 - 140. You're shorter like me so you don't want too much. I was told that my ideal weight, being 5'4" and 22 yrs. old is around 130 - 140.

I am 25 years old. I am currently 137 and also 5.4. I just had a fitness assesment and they told me I should lose about 7 pounds to be healthier. I was also to lose 5% body fat. I had 26% body fat. I felt having a fitness assesment was very helpful for me. Therefore it was not just a # telling me how healthy I was or was not, but it also took into consideration my strength, endurance, cardio health, body fat percentage.Not just the # on the scale. I got mine done at the gym I work out at (lifetime).
