Too much what? I assume you mean courting palm too often! I knew a gay guy who did it religiously 5 times a day - he was right-handed! I never believed him til I saw him in a tank top one day and his right bicep was about 3 times the size of the left one! Could hardly believe my eyes! I also got a valentines card once that says it makes you blind!
On a more serious note - if you're not hygenic about it, you could get an infection in your pee pee or if you're too rough you could damage the foreskin! My friends brother was too rough when he was a teenage, and chapped the foreskin (he hadn't heard of using lotion) and it got all sore!
