Walking after lunch or dinner: Good or Bad for health?!


Question: Have heard scientific arguments from both sides but couldnt get my hands on some research document or something. Can you point me to some.

Every aspect is correct, but a brisk walk will increase the Oxygen level in the blood that will highly effect the metabolism of the body, also it should be taken care that you never take rest after having meal and it is recommended that drink water only after half an hour by the meals this also improves the digestion process,

walking slowly is alright, but if you start running thats bad, especially after dinner, ur stomach might hurt, iono why, but it just does =P
