You can always go with the classic protein powder, it is easy to consume, just add it to milk and you have a shake, or really any dairy product. it blends in well and it is the best way to get all protein. Just remember, with protein come a lot of calories and usually fat, but if you are exercising, this is not a concern. If you want something a little cheaper and more easily accessible, you can always eat more peanut butter, or peanuts in general. just eat a handful here or there and in no time you will boost the amount of protein in your body. Peanut butter is great on sandwiches as well as on apples. There are proteins in beans and obviously meats. Beans are cheap but they require cooking or some sort of prep work. you can decide which fits your lifestyle the best! good luck! and don't forget a BALANCED is very important in exercise. don't cut food groups out to replace the protein, simply decrease some of your other food groups, like carbs and sugars, and increase your protein. do not cut the carbs and sugar completely out though!

Eat 3 or 4 eggs in the morning, and try to eat balanced and healthy, but eat a little more than you usually would. Try to eat 4 or 5 meals a day, and in between meals, drink a slimfast. They have protein, as well as a bunch of other good stuff, and trust me, if you are lifting hard, you will see results. Also pick up a good whey or egg protein blend at some store like GNC or something. Good luck!
