can you help me with a cancer issue?!

Question: my son had testicular cancer and had the orchioctomy and a lymph node disection. and 2 yrs later it spread to (mestastasized) to his lungs he then went extensive chemo therapy. and they said spots was gone but one and it looked inactive. since then he has been getting xrays and blood work. last months blood work good. he went back this past week and they took blood and said Xray shows more spots on lungs. not sure about blood work til monday. but what if it is reoccurred again. can they treat it with more chemo or what can they do now?
Answers:
If they are cancerous the doctors will most likely treat with chemo again or surgically remove the spots. Some people with leukemia go through chemo for years. I'm sure it will depend on your sons individual case. Just try to stay calm (i know saying that is easier than doing it. You need to be calm and level headed for whatever is thrown at you. Good luck to you guys I know it can be exhausting!
