I have an over active metabolism how do i slow it down?!

Why do you want to slow it down? To gain weight?
Three are tons of ways to "slow it dowm" If you can email me the reasons why you want to slow it down, I will be happy to give you the solution.

That would have to have something to do with your thyroid. If that is the case you would need meds from you doctor. I would like to know the opposite in how to speed my metabolism up.
