Get active and in college you can take a Physical education class, watch what you eat, and be strong.

You must be really smart! Collage at 15 years old. If your collage is close (like about 1-2 miles away) you could run/walk to your collage.Don't eat fatty foods at have cearl for breakfast, a protein bar for lunch. and dinner is your problem. Also Have 1 soda week (or mabey month) and have dessert every other 2 days! good luck!
A good diet to help lose weight is drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day, cutting out all white bread and limiting your starch intake, and exercising 3-5 times a week for at least an hour and don't eat after 6pm or if you do need to eat something after 6 wait 4 hours before you lay down to go to sleep. There is no quick fix for weight loss. Don't start doing the fad diets & pills, mixes, whatever garbage. DO drink plenty of water. Have a full glass of water before each meal, it will help you feel full faster. Eat healthy, balanced meals, not junk food. Eat slower, it gives your body time to register that you're full & you're less likely to overeat. Also, never, never, never eat in front of the TV. You're not paying attention to how much you're eating & again, may overeat. For exercise, don't go nuts if you're not used to it. Start taking a good walk everyday for half an hour & be sure to get plenty of sleep. If you too tired or stressed out (or both) your body tends to shut down & not motabolize as well. Any weight loss with fad diets & pills will come back as soon as you stop the fad. I've tried it, I know. Losing about 2 lbs every 7 - 10 days is healthy. If you stop eating, your body will think it's starving & your matobilism will shut down to conserve energy. You may actually gain weight.

The best way to loss weight and keep it of is slowly, if you lose weight fast without changing eating habits it just comes back. Drink green tea. it really works, it speeds up your metabolism and is also healthy. Eat smaller portions, keep a food diary, write every thing you eat or drink down in a tablet, weight yourself 1 time a week, preferably in morning. Exercise, any kind, just get moving, once afew pounds come off, you will be amazed how easy it is, good luck and keep at it, you did not gain the weight overnite, and it will not come off overnite, stay away from processed foods and junk food, keep track of calories, try to stay under 1500 if posible. learn how to love yourself not matter your size.
