Is there an easy or easier way to curl REALLY long hair-like waist length?!

i use 12" lengths of old cotton sheets x 1" wide.separate your hair into 1" pieces at the bottom of your hair wrap around the end and tie 1/2 a knot.from there you roll the hair up to the top of your head..when at top fully tie the sheet in a knot..continue till finished..if you have a hard time with the rolling tie your 1/2 knot then place a pencil across the knot roll to top and remove and go to next..sleep on all night and remove in the morning ..makes ringlets.do not brush out

Go to a hair stylist, that would be the best thing, not sure what you would want to try at home.
what about a perm
ether get a perm or putt curlers in it
My hair is just past my shoulders and I have a heck of a time trying to curl it sometimes.got a mind of it's own it does. I read this article once that I haven't tried yet - Use rags and roll it while it's damp and sleep on it..sounds effective, efficient and not too difficult.
I used to get spiral perms when my hair was really long and all one length. Not as long as yours, mine was only halfway down my back. They had to use two spiral perms, and it cost a great deal of money. Because the hair is so long, the weight has a tendency to make the spiral perm look more like a body perm. If your hair is all one length, the stylist will attempt to convince you to layer it. If it's layered, the perm will look better. I finally gave up, as I was paying $100.00 to $150.00 every six months for a perm that didn't take well, didn't last long, and ultimately stressed my hair out. A good stylist can do it for you, but be prepared to shell out some serious money. Good luck.

yep go to a salon
HOW ABOUT A PERM.
Use a hair product on damp hair, like curl booster by sunsilk first then use the rags everyone has suggested, and sleep in them. When you take them out in the morning, the curl will last because of the hair product and the weight of your hair wont drag the curls out, making it last longer!
I have long hair and I have always dry my hair immediately after I shower then I put mousse in it to keep the curl in. then i put over night rollers in and by the next morning i have curls galore!
My friend has really long hair that goes past her waist. Sometimes she puts her hair in french braids and leaves them over night. When she takes them out the next day theyre really pretty and really wavy although theyre not super curly
the weight of the hair will not hold a curl.
either get rid of some of it or go straight.
these are your ONLY 2 options.

long hair is pretty, but when it gets too long it looks like trailer park trash. (i have friends who live in trailers so i'm not trying to be rude or judgemental in ANY way - not intended to offend anyone)
