sorry no pix but lay down on your back lift your feet up above your head then swing them down without hitting the gound and swing them back up, or you can hold your legs up above the ground 6 inches and hold, then theres sit ups, crunches, i do it all everyday...i hope this helps, good luck
Exercise alone will not give the ABS you would like. You have to go on a diet. I spend 2 hours at the gym atleast 5 days per week. Still, unable to get the 6 packs abs becuase I am refuse to go on a diet. I eat like a football players.

You can't just do abs exercises. You also have to do general aerobic workouts which will get your body to burn calories, which will in turn burn the excess energy that you have stored in your gut.

GO RUNNING that is GREAT GREAT 4 ur abs no joke and it will give u a great body too. sorry no pix but do the pillar just like pushup form except putur hands together like u r praying and hold it there 4 as long as u can don't do sit up's u wont' get abs fast enough do curnches and just eat healthier. sit on the ground and put ur legs 4 in off the ground (put them as low as u can w/ out touch ing the ground) and then do crunches and if u can/t just hold ur legs like that. EAT HEALTHY, PILLAR, FISH HOLD AND RUNING RUNNING RUNNING

Crunches I would say are best. Try crunches and hold a weight while you do it to make it more intense. Try to find a Fitness magazine. They have multiple workouts for all parts of the body, and usually some instructions on how to exercise your abs. Of course don't try this if you are disabled or have any health condition. I can't be responsible if you get hurt when you do this.

There are a variety of exercises and exercise programs that help to give you "the perfect abs." I, personally, find that 6:00 AM workouts with Denise Austin have helped me to lose my tummy and love handles. Her exercise program is aired on Lifetime at 6:00 AM US EST.
