You could have a UTI (urinary tract infection.) It's very common with women and will go away with some antibiotics. Also, drink lots of water and cranberry juice. If that's what it is, drinking cranberry juice especially will help prevent them in the future.

Could be anything from a bladder infection to gonorrhea, talk to your doctor, he will get a urine sample for C+S (culture and sensitivity), the sooner the better, if it is serious, then the sooner they diagnose you and start your treatment, the less complications you will have.

Sound like you'v got Cystitis. Its very common, I used to suffer from it terrible the pain was bad and urgency to wee was terrible. As for the water turning red im unsure I think thats possibly a water infection. See your doctor.
To solve the pain Take cranberry Tablets or drink Cranberry juice and plenty of water.
Also try not to add too much soap or shower gel into your bath water and I'd shower rather than bathe as often as you can.
