i make my 11 yr old daughter do 100 crunches three times a day. is this overworking her?
she seems like she can handle it

This person's got some serious problems. In some questions she's 22, or 24, or lately 26. She's been known to claim to have an 11 yr old daughter in some questions, and a 14 yr old one in a cruse question tha got deleted.
This "abc" and "abcrunchgirl" are one & the same. Just read both "their" questions, and you'll know this, too.

I did about 100 crunches when I did dry land in diving.I had to do them 3 days a week.It was terrible!!!!
