How much weight could I lose if I did this?!
Question: I will attempt to run on a treadmill everyday for 5 days starting today which is monday the 24th of April.
I weigh 203 lbs.
I will run approximately 45 minutes each day
I will choose a speed of 6.5
I'm a 24 year old male.
How much weight could I possibly lose?
For general purposes lets say I eat average/healthy and I will be drinking mostly water for the 5 days.

PERSONALLY I THINK THE FIRST FIVE POUNDS IS THE HARDEST TO LOSE SO AS SOON A S YOU GET THE FIRST FIVE OFF PROBALLY 2-5 POUNDS A WEEK
