What can I do to change this problem?!


Question: I'm always afraid that I have a flat tier. I know that if I did I could hear and feel it. But for some reason I get this feeling that I might have one. I even pull over and get out of my truck sometimes to check and make sure. I have had this problem with other things also. Like sometimes I'll do something and know I just did it, but check to see if I really did or not. I told my husband about the tier thing and he told me just check my tiers before I get in the truck. That's fine, but how do I shake this feeling that something is going on or happening when I know that it's not?

it sounds like you had a bad expierence in another life time. when you go to bed tonight, keep saying that you want that part of your past lives not to bother you anymore. you might have to do it a few nights. but it will help

go to therapy. sounds like you have something really going on in your head that is making you check this stuff.
What comes to mind to me is a condition called obessive compulsive disorder. Check it out with a therapist. It is treatable. Good luck!
I think you're suffering from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). Google OCD and read up about it. You can be helped.
totally change the way you think b/c if you keep thinking bad , then bad things will happen , just b/c you think that way.

I sometimes do the same thing. I might check my heater and hair straightner 20 times before i leave the house just to be sure its off. Its ok its nothing bad i wouldn't worry too much about it. Just have it checked out.

It is not too bad to check out things for the sake of safety, there is nothing wrong with it.

On the other hand if you think that feeling causes restricted your life like you can't go out without locking and unlocking door three times, it might be considered as obsessive compulsive disorder.
