You can. There's a certain surgery that will rebuild your hymen once more (the hymen is there all the time, it's just broken once you're not virgin anymore). I answered your question, but I gotta tell that having a virgin wife is a really obsolete concept.
It's impossible to really become a virgin again, but I've heard that there is a surgical procedure that replaces the hymen after it has been broken. Either way, though, it's too late. The deed has already been done!

When I 1st heard this news, it was from Dominican Republic, where their Physicians first began practicing this tiny operation.
I don't know if it's being practiced here in the U.S. privately or publicly. I have not been watching news lately.
But, Yes! Hymen is being stitched back by Plastic Surgeons.
