Any vegetarians?!

Question: If so, why did you become one?
Answers:
A vegetarian, not likely. Through the design of creation of happenstance or evolution (which is a different argument, for another time) I am at a certain place in the food chain, as is the rabbit. So as a result I will allow the rabbit to eat his food, and I will in-turn eat the rabbit.

I'm a taoist and i thing that if you want peace you can't kill and eat meat, and with todays bad fast food who would want to
yea i am because i once lived on a farm and my stepdad killed my pet pig for food so i swore of meat for ever! And still live by it
I'M VEGGIE!!! i went vegetarian last year when i found out how animals are treated in factory farms. its TERRIBLE. and it can be so much more healthy than eating meat, u can prevent cancer, stroke, diabetes, and a million other chronic diseases. for info on factory farming, go to veganoutreach.com and peta.com. if u have a sense of humor, go to peta2.com and click on the Nugget of Rage, its near the bottom and u click on an icon of a crazy looking chicken. a good book for vegetarians is The Vegetarian Manifesto, by Leslie Lytle.
no im sorry
I've been a strict vegetarian for 10 years. I chose to be one because of animal rights. It includes not eating anything cooked in animal fat, anything that has gelatine (including medicine. I have to change the capsules my antibiotics are in to vege caps), some cheeses i can't eat, I don't eat anything with food that has eggs in it unless they are free range, won't wear leather, things like that.

Btw - ppl who eat white meat, or meat occasionally are NOT vegetarians. This includes ppl who eat lollies with gelatine, etc
