How to lose that last 10-15lbs?!

Question: I'm getting married in two months and I have an extra 10-15lbs that just stick with me. I know "diet and excersize" is the key to everything, I absolutely love fruits and veggies, but they never make me feel full or satiated. I'm always left still hungry. I don't excersize all that often, I'm still trying to implement it into my daily routine, and it's hard to find the time sometimes.I also do have a bit of a problem in wanting the empty calorie stuff such as licorice and similar types of candy and wanting bready stuffs..Is there anything else I can do to help achieve my goal, some extra advise? It would be much apprecieated! Thank you in advance!

To lose the last 10 - 15 pounds, you'll need to be consistant with your exercise. Schedule it into your day. Before my wedding, I would get up each morning and do a workout DVD before work like a pilates video or weight training. After work 2 - 3 days per week, I went to the gym and ran on the treadmill. On the weekends, I ran or biked outside. The exercise was a great stress reliever.

For your eating, try to combine the fruits and veggies with complex carbs to help you feel full. An example would be stir fried veggies on brown rice. When you eat bread, try to make it whole grain bread. Limit the candy to a 100 calorie amount. So if 3 pieces of licorice is 100 calories, you can have up to 3 pieces each day. It should be enough that you don't feel deprived.

You probably don't want to hear it, but exercise really is the key. It is possible to lose weight by watching what you eat, but you have to stick to a very strict calorie intake. By combining the two, the entire process will go a lot faster!
i am also dieting and exercising. I know how you feel. i use the stackers pills or any kind of pills like that help NoDoz. They make you more energized so you will want to exercise and they also get rid of your appetite.
All the "problems" you identified are exactly the issue. You can't eat junk food instead of exercise and get thin. I eat no junk food and work my a$$ off. That's how it's done.
i am having problems losing the weight too. i think you really do have to diet and excersize together to get it accomplished. I work out 6 days a week 1-2 hours a day. I pretty much work my but off, but i stil eat pizza and ice cream and all that bad stuff, so i have only lost like a pound. I found that having like a salad withgrilled chicken and vegies on top with a nice light dressing is very filling, and satisfying, and low carb!
