Question: i was circumcised as a infant and would like to know why/ the penis forms difrently after circumcision?

The penis doesn't form differently after it's been circumcised, it's just the removal of the foreskin of the penis. It can make the penis seem larger because the foreskin is gone, but it doesn't change/aid in the growth of your penis. Circumcision doesn't change it in anyway other than you have no foreskin and it's easier for you to keep clean. End of story.

You have two different issues going on here. The first is size. Penis size doesn't change with circumcision, although perception does. Having more skin can naturally make an uncut penis look larger. Here in america, the aesthetic appeal for a cut penis seems to be the winning vote. But if people really knew what was cut off, then the picture would look a little more like the rest of the world where most boys are left naturally intact. Why it forms differently is due to the fact that the membrane that connect the penis head and prepuce or foreskin was torn away during your circumcision. This led to a hardening or keratinization of the head which is naturally a mucous membrane and much more sensitive when covered most of the time. Functionality is not inherently changed, but the extra skin, lubrication and sensitivity in an uncut penis are deffinite advantages over a cut one. All in all, the changes were unnecessary and can be reveresed to a certain extent. It takes time and diligence, but the rewards are fantastic. The only real challenge you face here in America is the ignorance that the majority of people have in regards to this stupid practice. Bottom line, there's no real reason why it should be done except in extreme cases when there are no other options and even then the amount of skin taken off is usually nothing compared to the 3x5 piece that is taken from most newborns. Imagine what an extra 3x5 inches on your penis would do to your ego and then try to figure the whole picture out. Doesn't make much sense then. I just wish more people were properly informed of this subject. Write me back if your interested in knowing more.
