Bloated.!?!
Question: My stomach looks bigger. I've been fasting for the past few days. Could I be retaining water? What should I do? I haven't been eating much.

Fasting isn't always a sure solution to cure bloating. Check if you are eating foods with high salt content, because salt is what primarily makes us retain water. To help with bloating try eating dioretics like watermelon, and cucumbers, and drink a lot of water.

First, Don't starve yourself. And yes , you probally are retaining water. If you are trying to loose weight, you need to go about it the proper way. First, drink alot of water, eat a big breakfast in the morning, a medium sized lunch, and no supper. Beef up on your protien intake, and less on your carbs.
hey do you know how those poor kids in africa and stuff look fat. Their not. their bloated because they dont eat much and their stomach is filled with gas, maybe thats wat you have

Fasting is not an effective way to lose weight. When you suddenly start to fast, the acid produced in your stomach for digesting food will be sucked into body cells. This will effect in a bloated stomach.
Always have a good breakfast and a medium lunch. Its okay to skip dinner.
