If you want to be in shape its a full package deal there is no such thing as just toning one part of your body do some carido lift weights and eat a decent meal. lay of the crap food you know your eating it or you wouldn't have man boobs in the first place. come on man you know what to do. do it and call me when your lifting 500lbs :) good luck dude and remember do a little something everyday and you will look great naked :)
Do a nice balance between cardio and strength traing. For starters you could run for 30 minutes/day for the cardio and do a strength training routine that would include bench press in multiple forms. (When doing strength training don't forget about your other muscle groups, you wouldn't want to be muscularly imbalanced)
Streight up fat loss, without muscle loss. The best way to do that, is to work the area out, eating low calorie/high protein foods (protein shakes.) Whe you're doing push ups, or lifting, try extending your arms as long as you can get them (make sure you roll ur shoulders at the top also.) Before you know it, your pec's will be touching in the middle. :)
