Well. In my opinion, to live healthy, the most essential thing is a strong mentality. Having just a healthy lifestyle or eating healthy food is not sufficient. A person should also be strong mentally. Always have positive thinking, stay away from bad influence and most of all, prevent from stress. As the saying goes, "Don't Worry, Be Happy." ^_^

Use food pyramid, drink water, exercise a lot, grab some energy bar, and that's all for healthy tips.
the best way to live a healthy life is to not eat at fast food restaurants and exercise 20to 30 minutes a day jog or walk or even ride a bike for some distance.
Try my wife's diet-she has lost 30 lbs and feels great! It involves eating right and most of all proper NUTRITION.

Not only diet and excersize will contribute to living a healthy life. You have be a good person and love who you are on the inside and the outside.
Do nice things for people. Don't get persuaded to do things you don't want to ie. make your own decisions. Love the people around you. Be active everyday. Don't eat junk it makes you feel like ****. Surround yourself with people you love to be around. Don't take crap from others. Work towards being a better person everyday and you'll be fulfilled with a sense of accomplishment.

first step.and the easiest and cheapest of all.start drinking water.and plenty of it.will not take lng before you will see a physical difference in yourself.you will begin the process of flushing you liver(the organ which filters toxins) getting your liver working in top form will begin the path to healthy living in the best way possible. than focus on what you eat. fruit & veg.

1. honor your father and mother. keep this commandment with god and he will keep it with you.

2. always be fair and honest in business (and agreement/s contracts, etc.)

There are many ways to live a healthy life. Of course, diet and good hygenine are a must. But what about the types of chemicals you expose your body to? These also effect how healthy you live.
