Cut off an arm. It is impossible to lose that much weight in a healthy manner in that time period. If you lose more than 2 pounds a week you aren't losing fat, just fluids.

I don't know if you can do it safely. I had a cold and was only able to have canned chicken noodle soup for 4 days straight and I lost 10 pounds. I am only sharing the information, but I don't think you should do it, as when I looked in the mirror I didn't look good at all even though I lost that weight.
