What are the bumps on my daughter's face?!

Question: My daughter is 6. Last Saturday she had a low grade temp. Next day she had a rash everywhere--teeny tiny bumps. Next day she woke up with 2 pimple like bumps above her lip. This morning she had several of these bumps around her nose and upper lip. No fever since Saturday. Bumps on face itch/hurt. Still has rash on torso and back and near crotch. Rash is not red, just teeny bumps like she's been rolling around in grass. Benadryl did nothing. Rash isn't that itchy. Thank you for your help.

Sounds like chicken pox to me my daughter had them when she was about 3 and only had two on her face.I would take her to the doctor just to be on the safe side.

Ok.One thing I learned from the grass. My boyfriend and I went on a trip to a friends cabin.and we were out in the grass and in the woods. He had the same thing happen to him. If its what Im thinking its called "chiggers". There like little bugs in the skin. He went to the doctor for it and they told him to use nail polish on it. What you wanna do is get clear nail polish and put it on these bumps. Keep her on the benadryl and try to keep her from itching too much watch out around the crotch area. The nail polish will kill the bug! If they dont clear up with this she might have developed an allergy to something. get her to the doctors.
Holy crap! Ur kid's got koodies! How big are the bumps? If its chiggers, they'll be huge red bumps. if its coodies, they'll be really small invisible ones. Sounds like chickenpox to me tho. take her to the doctor.
