Easy. Weight Watchers. Adkins is too dangerous and Weight Watchers is really just eating human sized meals like we are supposed to in the first place.
EXERCISE! Atkins is only meant to junpstart your body's ability to burn fat by forcing it to do so. Weight watchers is a semi-healthy diet with options to exercise for more food. so Weight Watchers.

Just don't buy thoes packaged foods. eat REAL food.

Reason I say semi-healthy, is because you can still make STUPID decisions.
Do you want to lose weight or lose weight and live for a long time? If you choose the latter, then your answer is Weight Watchers.
Weight Watchers ALL THE WAY! If you are serious about losing weight and want to change your life style and your eating habits, this is the way to go!
Atkins, is not a long term realistic way to keep the weight off. You can't cut some foods out for the rest of your life!
Weight watchers teaches you about moderation, excercise, and a life style change.
It changed my life and once people saw my results many people followed and it worked for them too!
Also once you hit goal with weight watchers , as long as you stay with in range you never have to pay again!

Weight Watchers deals with a more balanced diet, so for long term weight loss necessity and balanced nutrition, I'd go via WW. You might lose weight faster with Atkins, but the meals aren't balanced. This may be okay for a short(er) period of time, but not for long periods of time. Atkins does have a maintenece diet to use post weight loss. Neither will work well if you lose the weight and then go back to regular eating habits. Permanent weight loss involves a lifestyle change..including good nutrition and exercise. If you are not committed to lifestyle change, the type of diet is of little consequence...old habits will override good intentions.
