I really need to lose 20 pounds in two weeks what can i do?!

google the cabbage soup diet. i have a few friends that are doing it right now. it is only a week long diet and it is supposed to make you lose at least 10 pounds in 7 days. try it it will help a little bit at least. but seriously if you want to lose 20 pounds in two weeks you need to start eating as perfect as possible and work out 2-4 hours a day as hard as possible and im sure you can do it.. i watch the biggest loser and they do it every week.
take the diet pill "phentermine"...that's what I take.and actually didn't take it to "lose" weight, but for energy. I weighed 129lbs at 5'4 ht..and I have lost almost 15lbs! so I quit taking it..now I just look plain sick. But it works for weight loss and energy, BUT, it is NOT THE BEST MEDICINE for your body.if it's temporary then it will be fine as long as you don't have high blood pressure or heart problems! well, the cabbage soup diet is alright but its too restricting for me! try a low calorie diet (1000 a day) and dont drink anything carbonated.lots and lots of water and fruits and vegetables.the only meat you should eat is fish or lean chicken.the most important thing is to EXERCISE! cardio.run or walk uphill and aim to do 100 crunches afterwards.

You can't. Even if you did, most of the weight you would lose would be water and muscle tissue. You would regain it back as soon as you started eating normally and you would be "fatter" because of lost muscle tone.
I would shoot for 10 max. Even that, its too fast. But if you eat well and exercise for 2-3 hours a day, I suppose you could.
