Question:
Answers:
I'm assuming you are male body builder. Healthy weights of intermediate and advanced body builders do not fall under the normal health curves or measurements we have for the general population, including BMI and other Physician regulated formulas.

Even if you're a body builder, waist-hip ratio is the best indicator for assessing obesity and heart attack risk (http://preventdisease.com/news/articles/110405_waist-hip_ratio.shtml). You can measure yours here:

Estimating your body fat percentage (and not your weight) is an excellent indicator of overall health.

Typically, 6%-17% is considered healthy if you are an athlete or bodybulder.

Track your fat weight and lean weight to ensure your body fat levels are not too high. Your lean weight is much more important than your overall weight.

Other Answers:
If you have a broad build, then yes. 180-200 is good but really it depends on how long you've been working out and your % body fat.
Worry about your body fat %. Nothing else matters.
