Can baby powder catch on fire?!

Question: i've seen a safety data sheet stating you should use C02 if baby powder catches on fire. So I was wondering if it could catch on fire in the first place.
Answers:
yep and so can flour. if it's in a pile, it's not very likely to catch on fire like a piece of paper would, but when alot of it is in the air (either babypowder or flour) it's actually explosive. for example..(don't try this at home..yeh right like the pyros will actually heed that warning) but if you were in a room with poor ventilation and an open flame..from like a candle and were to start throwing talcum powder or flour in the air to the point that the room became cloudy, the candle cousl actually catch a couple particles of it on fire, and mixed with the air jump around igniting all the other particles in the air as well resulting in an explosion. you ever seen the demonstration with the mousetraps with the ping pong balls on them? the person drops one ping pong ball on the floor covered with the traps and balls. withing about 10 seconds all the balls are bouncing around..it's kinda like that except the traps are the powder and the balls flying everywhere are fire.
