My heart goes out to you. I care for my elderly mother, and I know the psychic toll the job takes. If you can, find a way to get a way, if even for an overnight. I have only had one, but I know it helped so much. I went to a place with an indoor pool and sauna, and just soaked and relaxed.

I need more breaks than I get, but I can tell you that each one helps just a little.
