Yes. Lack of sleep not only makes you tired tired for the rest of the day, but it also makes you gain weight. I would definitley say get atleast 6 or 7 hours of sleep a night, althought I can't talk. I get like 4 hours of sleep a night.

Yes! It's not healthy to have sleep habits like that. The average person should have 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night. If you have trouble sleeping (insomnia) at night try exercising more during the day and then drinking a Chamomile Tea at night. Chamomile is an herb that helps you to relax. This stuff is full proof. I know from personal experience.:)
8 hours maxium, not exceed to 10 hours.
Livy is right, when you exercise regularly it can give you better quality sleep. Some people believe that when you get better quality sleep, you need less sleep! Also, Chamomile tea helps me relax and sleep better too.
