Yes. Start a diary. Everytime you eat write down what you eat and how you are feeling. If you are stressed, happy, angry etc. Write down what triggered the feeling of anger, fear, etc. Once you know the target behaviors why you are eating then you can work on eating for the reason it was intended for..health and nutrition. Have healthy fruits and vegies cut up in refrig so you can grab them. People eat things that are handy. nstead of chips eat a carrot. Drink water it will bulk you up and make you feel full. Replace the habit of eating with a healthy active habit. Get a friend and go for a walk. Avoid weighing yourself everyday. Set small achieveable goals. Reward yourself when you meet the goals with anything other than food.

Cut down on calories, eat more veggies at meals and drink a lot of water when you eat. Water makes you feel full during a meal. Cut down on salt intake as well, salt makes a person swell up like a balloon.
weight watchers. it costs a bit, but it really works. it's nice, becuase you can eat stuff like cake and whatnot, it's all about portion control.
Sure. Here's what I did. I ate salads when I ate out. I ate ONLY three square meals a day. I kept my calorie intake below 2000. I stopped drinking pop.
