I want hard rock abs before the summer but i cant seem to get them. Help me!?!

i had the same problem! i did 200 crunches a night for weeks with only minor results. grr. so frustrating. they got harder but not very defined. i think to have the "chisled abs" look you need to be really lean. and dedicated.
Use a *variety* of excercises to work your upper and lower abs, and obliques.

Well first of all what kinda ab exercises r u doing? 2nd, do u have any fat surrounding your belly? If you do, you might be building some rock hard abs underneath, but u wont see them if u have fat surrounding your belly.
Lower your fat intake, Remove the fat so we can see your abs! Then sit-ups, crunches, push ups and LOTS of them. Rotate days with your exercises or your body will get to used to one and then it wont work anyhow.
Try doing sit ups on an inclined bench while someone tosses a medicine ball to you as your going down and you toss it back to them on your way up.
