cause they are horny and are not really worried about the risks in the moment of passion, at least that is a guys prespective, plus i think it's kind of like drugs in that people see burnouts and say that will never happen to me, but it is all mental

Some people like to take risks and prefer not to be cautious..Look at all kind of things people do in sports, the - forgot the word right now - people who are employed in movies to act in violent scenes : jumping from rooves, etc..
Because they are excited to have sex,they get so in the moment they dont want to stop.Thats why we have condoms and birth control pills and why we get tested and know our partner isnt infected.
