If your prego you can keep them to a minimum by using almond oil on your abdomen and hips etc.

personally they are horrible and there needs to be an inexpensive way to get rid of them
almost everyone has them. even men on their thighs and hips if you look close. you can't get rid of them, but you can fade them out by tanning or using a thick cocoa butter lotion regularly.
Guys get it too by working out too much. Still, less impacting on a guy since it makes a guy's muscle seem more masculine.
They totally suck...especialy when people make fun of you.:(

well i can say they dont look all that great but any one can have them. it shouldnt matter about stretchmarks because its part of life.. once you get used to them then your fine.. who cares about stretchmarks or whose ashamed of them? not me.. i may have alil but its all part of you..
I have heard using Mederma (the cream for scars) takes the color out but I don't know about taking them away completely.
To love one feature of a person and not another is like loving canyons, but not valleys. What a subjective and irrational notion. Love every part of anything you like any part of. To neglect anything good is to be without the good, that's what sin means by definition.
Don't judge anything as bad, without filling it in with good, as everything has the right to be as it has been, or else pain and disappointment will always be the result of that line of thinking.
My wife's stretch marks are all part of her beauty, I'm glad she doesn't try to look like a "blemish-less" child. For her not to have the features she has is rather unthinkable. However she changes, that is her true appearance, and I love the real her, not some facade which could never measure so highly in my mind, as who she is.
