Well, the baby may either be sitting or positioned on your bladder making you feel like you have to urinate. or you may actually have a urinary tract infection, kidney infection or bladder infection. My opinion is that its better to be safe than sorry. I'd call your OBGYN and make an appointment to get checked out, just to be on the safe side :)
