All wL drugs are rife with side effects cause the industry doesn't give a flying belgian waffle about fat people and they know fat people are like superficial and desperate by the time they get on the 'skinny-me' band wagon.

I am not disappointing you, but there are no real weight loss drugs available in the market. All those tall claims of weight loss are false and fictious.
